  • Services provided by Borst Counseling Services LLC are not a guarantee of specific outcomes or cure. Medication management is not offered; however, appropriate referrals for psychiatric or medical services will be provided when clinically indicated.
  • Borst Counseling Services accepts a variety of insurance plans, including but not limited to Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Behavioral Health, Coventry, and Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact the office for the most current information regarding accepted plans. Clients are responsible for understanding their individual insurance benefits, including coverage for mental health services, co-payments, deductibles, and any out-of-pocket expenses due at the time of service.
  • The standard self-pay rate is $125 per 55-minute session. Reduced rates for clinical supervision (for individuals pursuing licensure) are available and will be determined on an individual basis, typically ranging from $60 to $90 per hour.
